Table Banking and Financial Literacy We promote economic empowerment through supporting small-businesses with seed capital through table banking models. We conduct financial literacy training to beneficiaries and implement a payback with interest system, to create a revolving fund that helps reach to more people in need. We partner with local financial institutions to help promote this initiative, using their expertise and systems to ensure accountability of these monetary resources.

Income Generating Activities (IGAs) We also implement and support Income Generating Activities (IGAs) to individuals and institutions that support Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) to meet regular needs in nutrition, sanitation and access to healthcare.

Employability skills We help to connect beneficiaries with internships and job opportunities with our partners, through work preparedness programs such as career coaching, soft skills training and interview coaching to ensure that our beneficiaries stand out as committed and diligent employees.
